A Central Home for Post-Hire Screening: The People Page

Employee records don't stop changing after day one. Licenses lapse, new charges surface, and statuses shift. Checkr's new surface on the Dashboard, called the People Page gives HR and compliance teams a single hub to enroll and manage post-hire screening across their workforce, replacing manual re-check workarounds with a self-serve experience.

From the People Page, you can perform the following actions:

• Search and filter your workforce, enroll or unenroll employees in Continuous Criminal Monitoring, Continuous MVR, or any recheck-eligible package

• Take bulk action via CSV upload

• Track every change with a full audit log and error notifications.

• Existing continuous enrollments and rechecks carry over automatically with no migration or re-setup required.

Note: California law restricts evergreen consent, so California candidates are excluded from continuous criminal enrollment by default; customers must opt in explicitly. Learn more about state level requirements here.
