We’ve launched two major enhancements to make drug and occupational health screening faster, more consistent, and easier to manage: smart clinic badging and expanded PDF download options. Both updates are automatically available to all customers—no configuration required.

What’s New

1. Smarter Clinic Selection With Performance Badging

Candidates are now automatically guided to top-performing clinics. This means:

• Higher completion rates with fewer delays

• More consistent turnaround times (TAT)

• A smoother, more predictable candidate experience

How it works:
Checkr blends results from vendor networks, prioritizing clinics with strong digital workflows, high compliance, and reliable performance. Badges operate behind the scenes—candidates won’t see them, but they’ll feel the impact through faster, more consistent experiences.

2. Streamlined Document Access With PDF Download

HR and safety teams can now download drug and occupational health screening documents as individual or combined PDFs directly from the candidate report.

Drug Testing:

• Download all documents together or individually.

Occupational Health:

• Download all documents or key subsets, including:

  • Result Certificate (candidate, service type, pass/fail)

  • Screening Result (clinic-completed documentation, including audiogram)

These options simplify compliance reporting, reduce manual effort, and make audit preparation faster.
