Require education and employment history on international packages
Available now | All international accounts, off by default
NEW: You can now require candidates to complete the International Education and International Employment sections, so they cannot skip them.
What's Changing
Until now, international candidates could skip the Education and Employment sections entirely. That meant a report could show a clear overall status while the education or employment check still needed review.
You can now set International Education and International Employment to required on a per-package basis. When a setting is on, candidates must complete all required fields and documents before they can continue. This works the same way as the domestic product.
How It Works
In Package Builder, open your international package and find the International Education Search (INT-0007) and International Employment Search (INT-0008) screenings.
Turn on Education required, Employment required, or both.
Candidates assigned to that package must complete those sections before continuing in the apply flow.
Important Details
Existing packages are unchanged: The default is the previous behavior, so nothing changes until you turn a setting on.
Domestic unaffected: Domestic package settings and candidate flows do not change.
Per package control: Set Education, Employment, or both on each international package as needed.
