Assess rulesets can now be assigned to continuous reports
We’re excited to share that Assess rulesets can now be applied to continuous monitoring reports, including both Continuous Crim and Continuous MVR. This enhancement allows you to set distinct eligibility criteria for post-hire cohorts—giving you more flexibility and automation when managing your workforce.
Why it matters
Many customers have different adjudication standards for current employees than for new hires. For example, a criminal offense that would disqualify a candidate at the point of hire may not necessarily result in offboarding an existing employee.
Until now, Checkr did not support the ability to codify these separate policies in Assess, meaning teams had to manually review all continuous reports, even when those reports had been assessed.
What’s new
You can now assign a unique Assess ruleset to any continuous monitoring package:
Continuous Crim
Continuous MVR
These rulesets will be applied automatically when a continuous report is generated as a result of a monitoring "hit," allowing you to automate decisions for post-hire checks just like you do for pre-hire.
Getting started
This feature is available for Assess Premium customers.
