Clearer communication across the health screening journey

We've made it easier for everyone involved in a health screening to know what's happening and what to do next.

For you
Get notified when a screening needs your attention. Admins can now receive an email when a drug or occupational health report is suspended or canceled, with the exam details and the option to re-order from the dashboard. This is off by default. Turn it on under Account > Notifications.

For your candidates

• Faster MRO resolution. Candidates now get an automatic email when their result goes to Medical Review Officer (MRO) review. It explains that this is a standard, confidential step and gives the MRO's phone number so they can call and move things along. On by default.

• Clearer next steps. Candidate messages now use naming that matches the drug testing experience, so candidates know what to do and when.
