Continuous auto enrollment now available
We’re excited to introduce a new auto-enrollment feature for continuous criminal search and continuous MVR. This enhancement automates enrollment workflows, reducing manual work and improving accuracy at scale.
Why It Matters
Previously, enrolling candidates into continuous monitoring required manual effort—often one-by-one actions or bulk uploads. This process was time-consuming, prone to error, and difficult to manage across large volumes of candidates.
The new auto-enrollment feature addresses key challenges:
Manual Processes – Eliminates one-off or bulk spreadsheet uploads.
Operational Overhead – Reduces the need for back-office tracking and maintenance.
Data Inconsistencies – Mitigates risk of missed enrollments due to human error.
What’s Changing
Auto-enrollment introduces a fully automated way to enroll candidates into Continuous Crim and Continuous MVR. Key capabilities include:

Automatically enroll candidates into continuous checks as soon as they are engaged in the system.Granular Control Options

Admin-Only Settings

Enrollment settings are only available for U.S.-based candidates at this time.Error Logging Enhancements
Auto-enrollment errors now appear on the Error Log page, providing visibility into failed attempts. This log remains limited to accounts with fewer than 10,000 total enrollments.
Getting Started
This feature is off by default.
To enable it, an admin user or by opening a ticket for a customer service representative to toggle it on and configure your preferred enrollment criteria.
