We’ve added a new Criminal Tab in Analytics Dashboard to help you better understand and manage your background check program.
*This update is only available to a subset of customers and will be generally available at a later date. If you would like access please reach out to your customer success manager.

What’s New

• Criminal report insights
  View volume, status, and outcomes for reports that include criminal screenings.

• Assessment and adjudication trends
  Track how many reports fall under eligible, review, or escalated—and see how often those result in adverse action.

• Turnaround time visibility
  Explore P75 and P90 turnaround times by state and county to identify potential delays.

• Charge analysis
  Dive into where charges are found, broken down by felony, misdemeanor, and other categories.

• Continuous Criminal monitoring
  If enabled, see active enrollments, reports created, and trends in adverse actions and charge types.

Who Can Use This?

• Available to all customers running Criminal Background Checks

• No action is required to enable

• If you don’t see the Criminal tab, reach out to your admin or support

Want to control access?

Admins can adjust visibility of this tab via role-based permissions in your Checkr account settings.
