What’s new:

You can now customize the questions you ask candidates when collecting Candidate Stories.

  • General Questions: Asked once per candidate story.

  • Record-Specific Questions: Asked for each record in a report.

  • Supporting Documentation Prompts: Customize requests for additional documents.

Benefits:
Tailor the information you collect to your specific policies, making candidate responses clearer and more relevant.

How to set it up:

  1. Log in to your Checkr account.

  2. Go to Account in the left-side navigation.

  3. Click Adjudication.

  4. Select View and Edit Questions to customize your prompts.


Improved Candidate Stories Dashboard

What’s new:

We’ve redesigned how Candidate Stories appear on your report pages:

  • Candidate Stories are now collapsible, making it easier to navigate reports.

  • A single Mark as Read button lets you quickly mark all responses as reviewed.

  • Unread Candidate Stories will be expanded by default for visibility, while read stories will stay collapsed.

  • Expand or collapse individual responses—or all at once—for faster review.

Benefits:
Quickly scan and manage Candidate Stories without wading through long text blocks, saving time in your adjudication process.
