Drug test and occupational health screening exam reorders

When a clinic cancels a drug test or occupational health assessment, the test goes into a suspended status. You can now reorder the suspended test directly from the candidate's profile instead of creating a new package.

• The following pop up will appear on a candidates profile page if their test is eligible for reorder.

  

• Click on "Health Screening" to "Begin Reorder"

  

• Confirm which screening you want to reorder.

  

• Select an appointment deadline.

  

• Select the clinic.

  

• Confirm your reorder!
