MVR analytics tab now available

We’ve launched a new MVR analytics tab in your Checkr Customer Dashboard, offering faster, clearer insights into your motor vehicle report data. This is the latest enhancement in our ongoing refresh of in-app analytics, following updates to the Overview and Criminal tabs.

Why It Matters

You shared your challenges with the legacy analytics experience—we listened:

• Data Consistency
  Legacy pages used outdated infrastructure, leading to discrepancies with other Checkr data sources. This new tab eliminates those issues.

• Faster Access to Insights
  Our data refresh rate has increased from once per day to every 2 hours, giving you near real-time access to the data you need.

• Improved Self-Service
  With better filtering and visualizations, your team can access insights independently—no more support tickets for standard reporting needs.

What’s Changing

This is the third refreshed tab in a series of analytics improvements. Key upgrades include:

• Legacy vs. V2 Toggle
  A new banner and toggle at the top of the screen let you switch between legacy and updated views.

• Context-Driven Filtering
  Easily filter and aggregate MVR data to focus on what matters most.

• Modern Visualizations
  View your data in new formats like heat maps and time-series charts for better trend analysis.
