Enhanced report filtering and saved views for Assess Premium & Standard users

We’ve upgraded the Candidates page (now called Reports) in the Checkr Dashboard to help you work more efficiently. Improvements include:

• Better filtering logic so you see only reports that match your filter criteria, not every report tied to a candidate

• Saved views for easy access to filtered reports

• Cleaner UI: archived reports are hidden by default; report status and invitation status filters have been combined

You can use the new default views to get started:

• All reports (no filters)

• Needs review

  • Status: Complete

  • Adjudication: None

  • Assessment: Review and Escalated

• Clear reports

  • Status: Complete

  • Adjudication: None

  • Assessment: Clear and Eligible (if “hide Eligible reports” is ON, then only Clear)

• Waiting for candidate action

  • Status: Pending (Candidate)

  • Status: Suspended
