Show / hide additional information on your reports page

Admins can now configure the reports page to mirror the report PDF or show supplemental information. By toggling on / off this setting, you can show / hide additional information for Criminal and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) charges from their team views.
With additional information, the report will show "What does this charge mean?"
Without additional information, the report will not surface additional information. (Note: in these examples, Assess Premium rulesets are applied and Assess explanations will continue to show).
