SMS notifications for candidates

When ordering background checks in the Checkr Dashboard, customers can now:

• Add candidate phone numbers to send invitations by SMS. Only United States phone numbers receive SMS invitations, and only for US searches and verifications.

• Add candidate first names to personalize background check invitations.

Inviting candidates to complete their background check via SMS and email increases the likelihood that they will do so. Personalizing notifications with their first name also increases the likelihood that a candidate will complete the background check application.
