Updates to Checkr’s report page

Over the last few months we've released a series of updates to the Checkr report page. In this latest update, you will see:

• Report lifecycle messaging – banner alerts now includes exceptions to reports.

• Separated node information – you can now view node details as a collapsible widget in the right information panel.

• View settings – users can opt to see fields without inputs.

• Email suppression – more visible undeliverable alerts if an email address returns an error.

This new report experience is currently in Beta. Customers can switch back and forth between the old and new layouts as we transition to the new report style by January 15, 2025. Learn more.
